3 Invisible Person Images
- Shoot photographs following directions given in class.
- Utilizing the skillsets, tools, and filters that you will learn in class, build 3 images in which you create a realistic depiction of an invisible person wearing visible clothing.
- Images should be believable.
- Cuts should be clean, with no slivers of skin showing.
- Any clothing or props you have had to reconstruct should be seamlessly integrated.
- Areas around deleted body parts should be feathered and blended with the background.
- Make sure to fill in any areas where the viewer should be able to see inside the clothing.
- You can have more than one model in an image if you like.
- Having props for your invisible person to interact with (objects the person is carrying, something in the environment the person is using, hats, glasses, jewelry, etc.) will make for a more visually interesting image.
Posting your work and commenting on the work of others:
- The finished images (in .jpg format) should be uploaded to your blog BEFORE 9:00 PM THURSDAY, APRIL 4.
- Write some comments in your post about the assignment and your thoughts on each image you made.
- Then, AT 9:00 PM THURSDAY NIGHT, log into Blogger, go to each of your peers' blogs, check out their images, and leave a comment about their work.
- What have they done well?
- What might they have done differently?
- Are the images believable, or can you see the process?
- Did the student create an interesting narrative?
- If you have obligations that interfere with this schedule, let me know IN ADVANCE so that we can make alternative plans.
